What Caused The Black Death

Many things have caused the Black Death. The things that have caused the Black Death were poor public health, bad harvests, war armies, global trade, and rats. The was poor public heath was caused because Medieval towns had no system of drains, sewers or rubbish collections.  Bad harvests were caused after a huge climate change after the 1300; this caused the harvests to fail. War armies had a major impact on the Black Death because they used a tactic which was called a cheveuchée where the soldiers roamed around and destroying houses and crops so it is possible that, when the plague hit, people were not as healthy and strong as they had been.  Another thing that affected people during the Black Death was global trade; the reason why this was affected was because it was one route which took silk and spices from China after China to Baghdad, and from there to the Crimea in the Black Sea, all the goods where brought by Italian merchants which was for sale all over Europe, people believe the plague happened in China but through the routes it spread. Last reason for the Black Death was rats, rats because rats had disease inside them, and when the rats were dead there were fleas, and the fleas hopped into humans.
